Same-day service works like this: drop off or book pickup before 2:00 PM, and your clothes will be clean, dry, and folded by 8:00 PM the same evening. If you need it faster, express 4-hour service is available for drop-offs before 2:00 PM for a small additional charge.

Air-dry delicate service takes 8 hours because we use gentle line drying instead of machine heat — ideal for linen, silk, and lightweight cotton. Dry cleaning turnaround is typically 24 hours for most garments. Shoe cleaning takes 24–48 hours depending on condition.

We send a WhatsApp message when your order is ready for pickup or delivery. If you have an early flight, a cruise departure, or a specific hotel checkout time, let us know when booking and we will prioritize your order. We regularly help travelers with tight departure schedules get clean clothes on time.

Standard wash and fold is 50,000 VND per kilogram for orders over 5 kg, or a flat 250,000 VND for smaller loads under 5 kg (approximately $10 USD). This covers machine wash, machine dry, and neatly folded clothes — ready in 6 hours. Express 4-hour service is 80,000 VND per kg (minimum 400,000 VND). Air-dry delicate, for items that cannot handle machine heat, is 80,000 VND per kg with an 8-hour turnaround.

Dry cleaning is priced by garment type: suits from 150,000 VND, dress shirts from 80,000 VND, dresses from 120,000 VND, áo dài from 100,000 VND. Shoe cleaning is 250,000 VND per pair. Hotel pickup and delivery adds a flat 50,000 VND per order, regardless of order size or weight.

For specialty items such as wedding dresses, leather jackets, cashmere coats, or vintage fabrics, send us a photo on WhatsApp before drop-off for an accurate quote. All listed prices include Vietnamese VAT.

No minimum order required. However, the flat-rate fee (250,000 VND) applies to orders under 5 kg, so it's typically more economical to bring at least 5 kg if possible.

We typically arrive within 30-60 minutes of booking during business hours. For peak times (lunch, late afternoon) it may take slightly longer. We'll always confirm your timeline on WhatsApp before dispatching.

For guests staying further out — Tân Bình, Tân Phú, Gò Vấp, or near Tân Sơn Nhất Airport — a small additional transport fee typically applies, usually 20,000–50,000 VND depending on distance.
